Where have I been? Jeebus

Holy crap. I haven't kept to my promise with Mark that this would be used as a tool to keep us self motivated and in check. Since February, I had abandoned any remote inkling of a gym routine, such that my former Boston Summer 2010 self would berate me for it.

Not to make any excuses, but having a sporadic travel schedule all over country and not always having private time to eat healthy and have access to a hotel with a fitness center didn't help my motivation. Consequently, not only have I reversed by entire fitness progress from a year ago, my knee pain returned recently. AHHHHH.

Thus, with a nod to Steve Kerr's jersey on the Spurs, and reaching the quarter-of-a-century mark in my life, I returned to Planet Fitness finally yesterday after weeks of not going.

It was very slow and pathetic compared to what I'm used to, but its a start.

Tuesday, 10/25/11:

Elliptical: 15 minutes, 1.2 miles
Treadmill: 20 minutes: 1.5 miles
Bike: 15 minutes, 5.4 miles
Cool down + Phys Therapy stretches for hip and knee.

Today, I hope to repeat that, and then add to it by doing the lifting circuit.
